All about the ahipara village

              Ahipara
Ahipara’s Ninety Mile Beach is called that because it basically never ends. 90 Mile Beach also has lots of tua tuas but you’ve got to go quite far to find some. You can find famous Shipwreck Bay yourself at the southern end of Ahipara. It is a world-famous surf break.
The Ahipara village has a great community, that you could come and visit any time you want. But that is just the beginning! There are a few maraes you could also visit too. Some places in the Ahipara village are the cafe, our school, Bidz, the dairy and Shipwreck bay next to 90 Mile Beach. Bidz is the best fish and chips shop In the whole of Northland. The dairy is our shop In Ahipara and it basically has everything you need.  Our school is what people say is the best school in the universe and I kinda believe them. Also, did you know I also go to that school.
Lastly the cafe, the cafe is just across the road from the school and it has amazing food, fantastic drinks, smoothies, and a tasty breakfast.
Thanks for watching! I’ll see you when you visit this great place.

My bat clay sculpture

One day at school with my teacher Mrs. Meyers we were going to make clay sculptures. While our teacher was telling us what to do and what not to do, I was thinking about what I was going to make. The first idea that came to me was a bat cause it was the simplest and easiest sculpture that came into my head. Then when she said we could start she started to hand out some of the clay that was put in a white plastic bag, Then it was my turn to get clay so then when she gave it to me I went to my table that I was working on then I just started to make the bat. My masterpiece doesn't look done yet but the next time my other teacher comes we will bomb fire it and then paint the bat sculpture.
